Extrusión
The extrusion process begins with the plastic deformation of aluminum at a temperature typically ranging between 480°C and 550°C. This aluminum is subjected to compression and forced to pass through the opening of a specific design matrix. This matrix imparts the desired shape to the aluminum profile during the extrusion process. It is a fundamental method for manufacturing aluminum profiles used in various industrial and construction applications.
Dispatch
CEDAL packages its aluminum profiles in polyethylene bags to prevent damage during transportation.
